Guys, not monkeys, primates.... You'll look really foolish if you say we evolved from monkeys with an educated crowd...

Hmm, monkeys/primates same difference. The fact you could tell we meant primates proves that the fact we said "monkeys" instead is irrelevant.

You would look foolish anyway, because as we just said, we didn't evolve from PRIMATES, we merely shared a common ancestor. If you said "We evolved from monkeys" it would be practically the foolishness as saying "We evolved from primates" to an educated crowd.

ok lets stop talking bout monkeys. i wanna talk about if god will make us evolve again. like in x-men when dey all evolve and get powers maybe we will evolve and get sumthing spcial. i dont mean where gunna get stuff like that hwere we can run through walls and create storms and stuff. i mean maybe it'll only be sumthing small but i think one day we might ctually evolve but very slowly.

But it's not the same difference. I corrected you because I was under the impression that you believed we came from monkeys, which is grossly off from a primate. Furthermore, if we were to share a simular ancestor, that ancestor was probably a primate as well, since the term itself is more broad.

Now, Shay. It's possible but who knows. Evolution is moved by genetic mistakes and benificial ones at that. We're at the point that any change, for good or bad, will have more or less the same out come - survival. But in any case, it would take years not only for any stable, benificient mutation to occur, probably, and then for it to spread by multiplication would again take a while.
